About the Company
The company’s history dates back to 1996, when two drilling divisions of JSC “Karachaganakgazprom,” the Karachaganak Drilling Operations Division and the Aksai Drilling Operations Division, were reorganized and merged to create a new drilling company, JSC “Kazburgaz.” The establishment of the joint-stock company was necessary to consolidate production capacities, preserve human resources, and maintain economic ties. Since its foundation, the company has undergone a complex path of organizational and structural transformations, which have shaped its modern technical and production base.
